Kendal Primary Care Network (PCN)

We often work alongside the other 2 Kendal GP Practices, and in October 2019 we formed a ‘Primary Care Network’ (PCN).

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) form a key building block of the NHS long-term plan. Joining General Practices, to work together.

Dr Ed Clarke is the Clinical Director of the Kendal PCN, and Diane Barker and Angela Speak are the Social Prescribing Link Workers.

How do patients access this service?

Patients are referred to the Social Prescribing Link workers via their GP, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse, if they feel it is appropriate.
