An asthma review is a yearly appointment with a nurse specialist or clinical pharmacist. It’s your chance to talk about your asthma and any ways you can manage your symptoms better – people with severe asthma and children may have one more often.

✓ You have received your annual invitation to book your asthma review.
⊘ You have more than one long term condition. Find the correct appointment type in your annual invite.
⊘ You have not had your annual invitation to book your asthma review. If you are having symptoms and want to discuss these, please contact the practice to book an appointment.
