***(17th June 2019) The problem with our phones is on-going…we are unable to hear callers using mobile phones due to a local telephone exchange issue. If you need to call us please use a landline *** Our online AskMyGP system is working, and you can still use this to contact us.

Check out our NEW Dispensary Area!

Our Dispensary area at Helme Chase has moved, we are now located in the main surgery entrance.

Please pop in and say hello to Jenny and her team!

Dont forget, if you need to order a repeat prescription, you can do this by:

  • Using your online access acoount
  • Putting your request in the post box just outside the new dispensary door, to the right
  • Calling your pharmacy and requesting through them, they will then order for you.

Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed.
