This is an opportunity to give your perspective on the last year as a patient of the James Cochrane Practice, ask questions and help shape how we work with patients over the coming year.

Spaces to attend the meeting are limited; however we would love to welcome you, if you are able to come along. Please RSVP to by Wednesday  10th April 2019.

If you can’t come along, but want to contribute please could you fill in our patient questionnaire and return by Wednesday 10th April 2019.

We look forward to seeing, or hearing from you soon!

Virtual Patient Participation Group

The aims of the group are:

  • To give the practice a patients perspective on how we can improve our service
  • To improve communication between the practice and our patients
  • To exchange information and ideas
  • To provide our patients with an opportunity to be involved in how the practice is run

All patients of the practice are eligible to join the group; we would very much like our group to include members from as broad spectrum as possible to get a truly representative patient opinion. We need young and old patients, patients that work, patients that don’t work, patients that care for others, patients with long term conditions and patients from different ethnic groups.
